皮肤感染
有许多类型的感染会影响皮肤。
真菌感染
这些会影响皮肤、头发或指甲的顶层，导致皮肤上出现鳞片状红色斑块或指甲增厚。真菌感染在我们炎热的热带气候中非常常见，通常会影响脚、腹股沟、臀部和躯干。一种非常常见的身体酵母菌（真菌）感染往往会影响年轻人或运动员（花斑癣），导致胸部和背部出现白色或棕色鳞状斑块。
细菌感染
当皮肤屏障被破坏（例如湿疹造成的皮肤破损或任何皮肤损伤）时，细菌会进入皮肤表面以感染更深层的皮肤。可能有湿漉漉的斑块或更深、更疼痛的皮肤发红和肿胀。软组织细菌感染的范围从小疖子和痈到更深的皮肤脓肿。脓疱疮是皮肤表面的一种细菌感染。更深的感染可导致蜂窝织炎或丹毒，患者可能会因发烧和发冷而感到不适。
病毒感染
常见的皮肤病毒感染包括病毒疣和传染性软疣，导致多处皮肤生长。其他病毒感染包括水痘、单纯疱疹病毒感染（唇疱疹）和带状疱疹（带状疱疹感染）

Fungal Infections Treatment
可以在受影响的区域涂抹局部抗真菌药膏和洗剂。很多时候，需要为更广泛的真菌感染或对局部治疗具有更强抵抗力的指甲真菌感染病例开具口服抗真菌药物。真菌感染的复发是一个常见问题。
Bacterial Infections Treatment
口服抗生素通常足以治疗简单的感染。对于更严重的病例，可能需要静脉输注抗生素。较深的皮肤脓肿通常需要手术引流。
Viral Infections Treatment
病毒疣和传染性软疣的皮肤生长可以通过常规冷冻疗法或斑蝥素应用来治疗。对于顽固的疣，可以考虑电外科或激光消融的选择。疱疹病毒感染（唇疱疹、带状疱疹）可以用口服抗病毒药物治疗。
