Dr Tay Liang Kiat is a fully accredited Dermatologist who specialises in skin cancers, Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatologic and nail surgery, aesthetic dermatology and laser procedures. With more than 25 years of clinical experience, he also manages other aspects of general ambulatory and inpatient dermatology, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, urticaria, hair loss, children skin issues and other complex medical dermatology. In addition, he has expertise in the use of the latest immunotherapy (biologics) treatment for severe eczema, psoriasis and urticaria.
英国（牛津）学术历程与专科进修培训
郑医生2001年毕业于英国格拉斯哥大学医学院，随后于2007年在英国皇家内科医师学院学习，并继续在新加坡中央医院和国家皮肤中心完成皮肤科高级专科学习, 从而成为新加坡卫生部认可的皮肤专科医生。
在获得卫生部颁发的 HMDP 奖学金后，郑医生在英国牛津 – 英国最大的区域性莫式转诊中心之一，接受了高级皮肤病学和莫式显微外科手术的进阶专科培训，并在那里得到了莫式奖学金。在此期间他与4位著名且备受推崇的莫式外科医生组成的“牛津莫式”团队密切合作，学习、改进皮肤癌和皮肤重建术的技艺。戴博士还在世界顶尖领域专家的指导下，通过在欧洲的培训精进指甲手术技能。
